High speed mixing machine
High speed mixing machine has the servo motor for rotation, and it is for cosmetic face powder.
The setting of the spindle speed and time is from touch panel.
So this machine is high performance and specialized to the cosmetic face powder dispersion and mixing.
Feature of this high speed mixing machine
1 Servo motor is used for rotation, and the setting of the spindle speed and time is from touch panel,
so the operation has high repeatability.
2 The maximum peripheral velocity is 47.1m/s, so the dispersion and mixing ability are high.
3 The agitator is from up side, and it is possible to lift up and turn sideways the agitator, so the cleaning is
much easier, and possible to prevent the dispersion and mixing unevenness.
4 This machine is small and light weight, so it is possible to put on the desk.
Procedure of high speed mixing machine
1. Material supply in the tank, after weight measurement of each material and pigment.
2. Put the tank on the machine, and fix the agitator.
3. Dispersion and mixing by high speed 6000rpm for 1 min.
4. Take out the powder which sticks on the agitator, tank cover and so on.
5. Dispersion and mixing by low speed 1500rpm for 1 min, with supply the binder slowly.
6. Take out the powder which sticks on the agitator, tank cover, inside of the tank and so on.
7. Dispersion and mixing by high speed 6000rpm for 1 min.
8. Take out the powder which sticks on the agitator, tank cover, inside of the tank and so on.
9. Dispersion and mixing by high speed 6000rpm for 1 min.
10. Take out the tank and completed.
NOTE) The pigment is necessary to be diluted treatment in advance with talc and so on.
NOTE) The colored pearl is necessary to supplied in the tank for dispersion and mixing
by low speed 1500rpm for 1 min, after color adjustment.
Pushing start button when agitator is middle position makes agitator rotation with low speed,
and powder drops down from agitator.
At the up position of agitator, turn sideways agitator 90 degree.
Then take out powder on the cover, and return powder in the tank.
Supply the binder in the tank with low speed rotation.
